Minimal transport fees apply for out-of-town events.
You’ll receive all guest messages through:
A Google Drive link (valid for 15 days), sent within 3–5 days after the event
A sleek, labeled USB (16GB or 32GB) or External Hard Drive depending on your package, delivered within 7–14 days after the event

Yes! We offer a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) rental option for clients who prefer to set up the guestbook themselves.
Discounted Rate: Subject to discussion
Security Deposit: ₱1,500 (Refundable upon return in good condition)
What’s Included:
• Online training and digital manual
• Pre-configured HOLA phone unit
Shipping:
• Phone is shipped by client’s chosen courier
• Client handles return shipping within 2 days after the event
Setup Reminder:
Client is responsible for creating a visually appealing setup to encourage guests to leave heartfelt voicemails.
Once you’re ready to book, a ₱1,500 reservation fee is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance can be paid:
– On the day of the event (for full-service bookings with a HOLA attendant)
– Or a day before delivery (for DIY rentals)
We’ll send you a confirmation message and simple payment instructions once you’re all set!
The reservation fee is non-refundable, but transferable if your event is rescheduled or canceled due to valid concerns.
Kindly notify us at least 7 days before the original event date so we can accommodate your new schedule, subject to availability.
